Hi,
We have implemented servicenow recently and using the Problem Management process.Currently i can mark any problem ticket as known error in servicenow but cant publish it.
My question:
1- Whats the end to end process of Known error database.
2- How we can use full process of known error database in servicenow.

That looks like a good explanatory article. I also noticed the link in it to a webinar for practical problem management. Which sounds nice, as it looks at more than just the technical aspect of problem management, where many organisations get stuck.
