Localization Framework on PDI

Hi community!

Can Localization Framework be installed/enabled on PDIs?

I will be helping some interns with Localization for my company, and would love to use their PDIs for practice and demos.

Yes.  This worked.  I was looking in the wrong place.  

I found all of the necessary plugins, and needed to go to the related links in order to activate.
