Hi All,
I was wondering how can i redirect non logged in user to SP login page when they are trying to access the KB URL direct. At the moment they get below message
Ideally i was planning to get user logged in and then send to the KB article they were trying to view.
Thanks
Sandeep

Hi @sandeep6 ,
The error occurs because the user does not have the necessary permissions to access the knowledge article.
To verify this, check the Available for and Not available for related lists on both the knowledge base and the knowledge article records.
Additionally, you can confirm the user’s access to the knowledge article by using the Run User Criteria Diagnostics related link available on the article record.
Since the user is already logged in, they are not being redirected to the login page.
Thanks
Anand

The KB URL, is it link for SP portal view or backend view? If it's a portal view, then it should automatically redirect user to login page of SP portal unless there are no changes made in login redirection configurations.

its only direct link to the KB. From a 3rd Party Website.
