Login via Citrix Session

Hello all,
One of my colleagues is attempting to login to our company's ServiceNow instance via a Citrix session on a MacBook, but after logging in he gets the message 'You are not logged in, or your session has expired. Redirecting to the login page'. He is able to access other systems and websites OK.
He is also able to log in to ServiceNow OK from outside of the Citrix session on the same device. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

Hi Jamie, Are you referring to a single sign on solution here?
If not, when he manually browses to https://instance.service-now.com and is presented with a login page and attempts to login manually does he get any errors?
As servicenow is a web based solution if he can access other websites and can browse to the instance it would seem to be working. The other reason is that he may be browsing to a favourite, eg. https://instance.service-now.com/navpage.do which will redirect you to the login page as per standard as this favourite only exists after logging in.
Would you be able to elaborate on your solution or advise if once he is redirected to the login page and attempts to login he is getting errors?

Thanks for this. Yes now that you mention it, I have a sneaking suspicion he has the equivalent of this as a favourite:
https://instance.service-now.com/navpage.do
I will check with him tomorrow and let you know.

The end user has resolved the issue - without volunteering too much detail about the resolution.
