Looking for a report on Dynamic Translation usage

Want to create a report that gives statistics on DTS usage for below 

Incident / cases / task notes 
Catalog & Record producer)
Knowledge  
Live chat

@gssr333@Ravi Chandra_K, I'm afraid currently there are no specific reports ootb outside of the "Web API usage" dashboard. Which will only really show (at a high-level) that the API has been used and roughly by how much.

 

It is something we're for sure thinking about, however it is an extremely complex measurement because any record potentially could use the API's, potentially multiple times. Any chat could use the API's, as could any VA topic or even any notification to any recipient, as could any KB article being created. And in some cases the API could be consumed but said translations might not be used (e.g. clicked in error), which would all need to be taken into account to be accurate.


It all depends on your specific use-case you're trying to cover however. This is because each of the CloudMT providers have their own reporting / usage dashboards in their respective Admin dashboards which should allow you to see a breakdown explaining any costs which would always be more accurate due to their pricing models,
