Lookup using list is nor working properly - no records are visible

Hi All,

I have an issue with Lookup using list in Risk. I have the field 'Owning group' which reference to sys_user_group table.

But when I click on button I cannot see any records:

The same is as reference in field 'Assigment group' in INC form and there it works fine, I am not bale to find a reason of these situation

Maybe you know what is an issue?

Please check the reference qualifier applied for your field.
