Hello Community
Cannot figure this one out, non-admins cannot see m2m related list tabs.
Ive confirmed the 'related list loading' in the user settings is set to 'with the form', Ive ensured the 'omit if empty' button on the tab list control is not checked. I dont see any acls that would impact it either.
Has anyone come across this before? Any ideas to point me in the right direction?
Many thanks
Steve

The next step I recommend is to go to System Diagnostics and turn on Debug Security, Debug Logs, Debug Business rules (one by one so you're not overwhelmed by debug output) and see if anything shows up there that might shed some light on the situation.

Hi Chuck
Thanks for the response. Sorry, forgot to mention that I did confirm the views were the same.

Thanks Chuck.
Just saw your message now but think Ive figured it out.
On the m2m table, I had not selected the 'Create Access Controls' box and assign the itil role.
Confirmed its working now, thanks for the guidance (again!)
Steve
