Major Problem field not showing on New Problem record in SOW

Hi All,

 

So I have a requirement to include Major Problem field in the SOW form for Problem.

 

I' already configure the form and included it in the plaftform in SOW view however

On SOW when creating a new problem the field is not available.

 

When I open an existing problem record the Major problem is visible.

 

I've check some UI policy and Client scripts and can't find anything.

Found the solution.

 

So there are 2 view for SOW.In order to show the Major problem field in new record the field should be included in the view for SOW new record.

any field level READ ACL is hiding it for new record?

Nope. I don't find any field level ACL for major problem field.

are you sure you checked client scripts and UI policies and also UI scripts?
