Mark critical changes in SOW in red

When a change with the priority "1 - Critical" is created, this entry should appear in red in the Change Overview in SOW (/now/sow/list/params/list-id/) ("Changes - All").

How can this be achieved?

@thoemu_s

you can create UX Highlighted value for this

Configure fields as highlighted values in a form

I could see it's already there for CHG and Priority Field but it's for CMDB Workspace

1) Ensure you are in correct scope & create a new record here "sys_ux_m2m_highlighted_value_config" for SOW Workspace for that same UX Highlighted value

2) something like this you can create for SOW

Unfortunately, still not resolved. No matter which scope I try to use to create an entry for the field "Priority" in the table "change_request," I get this message: "There is already an entry for the table, field, and workspace combination you have selected."
