I'm trying to export all attachments in a table in a recognisable format that can identify which ticket number the attachment is from i.e. folder / zip name ticket number and inside having the various attachments.
What is the quickest / easiest way to do this? I came across Download Attachments as a ZIP File - ServiceNow Guru
However, I am not sure if this will enable me to download ALL attachments in the table as opposed to just from a single record each time it is run? It seems to be a UI Action which you click on in a record and I don't want to have to do this for every single record as we are talking 50k ish records.
