Hi team,
i have a requirement for report creation can anyone guide me on this? i have to create 2 reports here..
1. # of tickets assigned to a group that contains XYZ , where status was resolved and changed to open – this would give us the number of tickets that had the solution rejected.
2. # of tickets assigned to a group that contains XYZ, where the status was resolved and changed to closed – this would give us the number of tickets for which the solution was either accepted or auto-closed.
for 1st requirement...
I am trying to create a metric for this but the problem is what logic I should use for the same...because those records will also come where the ticket is newly created that will also have a state as open that will give the wrong count for the reports.
please help me with this...
