Missing Flow as an option in my Process Engine Tab for a Service Catalog Item

I am trying to associate a service catalog item to a flow and my only choices under the Process Engine tab is Workflow and Execution Plan. Only one person in my development group has "Flow" available to them in their developer instance. I do not have "Flow(+)" available to add when I try to configure my layout for the item.

Hello Tony,

To activate the flow option in Service Catalog you need to activate the com.glideapp.servicecatalog.flow_designer from the plugins list. To do this, go to System Definition > Plugins, locate the plugin via filtering and install the plugin. If it does not appear within the plugins list, you should be able to activate it via the Activate Plugin button under the actions button in the page you get navigated to when you wake up your instance.
