We have Change Management activated and I need to grant some people the ability to submit changes, but not provide them a full ITIL role. I see in the product documentation I should be able to do this with the sn_change_write role, but we do not have that role OOTB. Is there something I am missing that provides that role?

Can you please confirm if you have plugin "ITSM Roles plugin" (com.snc.itsm.roles) activated in your instance?

Hi Pradeep,
I do not. It looks like that may be an added subscription (maybe ITSM Pro??). I guess I'm stuck with ITIL for now.
