Mobile Agent app jpeg files into a ticket using the Now Mobile and Agent (IT) apps

Hello Team, 

 

Can't attach jpeg files into a ticket using the Now Mobile and Agent (IT) apps. It makes the user unable to attach screenshots or manager approval.

 

Note: Jpg is working but JPEG is not working.
