MRVS to be shown in approval

Hi,

When submitting a service catalog item form it contains a multi-row variable set, such variable set does not appear in associated approval tickets. Can anyone suggest how can achieve this functionality? Below is the screenshot of where I wanted the MRVS to be visible. 

 

Please help

Hi @lambatsaksh 

The most reliable fix is to copy the MRVS data into the Description field of the Requested Item.
Just use before insert Business rule for copying. otherwise just check the variable editor in selected list, 
Open your approval record , right click and configure form layout and just check wheter variable editor is in selected list or not.

it's a known limitation.

You can copy the MRVS data to comments field of approval record using before insert BR on sysapproval_approver table
