Hi All,

 

We are planning to migrate HPSM to ServiceNow. 

Could anyone please guide which one is better? to proceed with migration.

Multi tenant and same instance or different instances.

ServiceNow is a cloud platform, if you're not going for a self-hosted (on-prem) instance, there no need to think of the aspect of single-tenant vs. multi tenant.
