Need ''Incident Task'' on the incident form's Related list tab.

Can someone help me with this? I want to add "Incident Task" to the Related list on the incident form, but when I tried to add it, I couldn't. It is configured in a slush bucket, but it isn't showing up on the incident form's Related List tab.

Make sure to add Incident Task --> Incident related list in selected slush-bucket and in correct/your view.

Incident Task was placed to the slush bucket and the form was saved, however it is still not appearing on the incident form.
