We have a requirement where CM team might think a normal CR should ideally have been a standard CR. So we need a functionality on Normal CRs to convert them to Standard CRs.
I need to add a UI Action (form context menu) called switch type to Standard. Upon selecting this User should be prompted the OOB Standard change template list and user should be able to select one template. upon selecting the template, user should be able to apply the selected template on the Normal CR thus converting the same CR to standard CR.
Please let me know how to achieve this.
