Need to create a report that displays the Oldest Incident Open/Updated

Need to create a report in ServiceNow that will display the following two things. The oldest open Incident and the oldest updated incident. These need to be grouped by Assignment group. I can see loads of reports displaying tickets older than 30 days, but I just need something that displays the oldest. Any help is greatly appreciated

We have an Out-of-the-box Open incidents age monitor dashboard in ServiceNow. You can verify it and customize it according to your requirements
