Need to create incident record from flow designer if output message is 400 to 499 or 4 series

how to create the incident from flow designer based on actions output.
If status code is 400 we need to create the incident record.
Not only 400, A series of 4 ?

we have a integration with Azure AD, So, If user added to AD sucessfully the status code will provide as 200 or 201 or 202 and so on up to 299.. that's fine.
Now, If that flow action was failed to add user to AD group the action was showing status message as 400 or 401 or 402 ....499.
Now, if we got status code between 400 to 499, Then we need to create incident.
Is that clear ? to propose an answer!

Hi @mastan babu ko1 ,
where the status code is particular field in a form, the use onchange client script and script include to create incident ticket.
where the status code REST message the use scripted REST Api and create incident with details .

so what did you start with?
I believe you are talking about integrations from flow and using REST Step
You can know the HTTP status and based on that create the incident
share screenshots etc where are you stuck
