Hi Everyone,
By default there are 2 catalog tasks has generated in an RITM. I need to remove a stask and need to stays with only 1 catalog task.
Note: Not used workflow for it.

Hi Anu,
If there is not any Workflow running for your Catalog Item, then OOTB Default named Execution Plan takes its place. So, you will have to make changes in that Execution Plan.
I will suggest you to go ahead and create another Execution Plan (if you don't want to create Workflow for the same), and add only 1 Task (as per your requirement). Don't ever make any changes in OOTB provided things in ServiceNow.
Please find attached a screenshot from where 2 Tasks are getting trigerred:

Hi !
All users can delete items from their own requests any time prior to delivery. Modifying a request does not resubmit it to the approval process.
Procedure
- Navigate to Service Catalog > Open Records > Requests and open an existing request.
- In the Requested Items related list, select the check box beside the item to delete.
- In the Actions choice list, select Delete.
