I got the requirement that I want to restrict ITIL users to not view Survey Application and Benchmark application.

I will prefer to create a new role for survey as changing on OOTB role might be risky or log a now support case.

Did you get an updated on the Now Support case why survey reader was added to ITIL OOB ?
