You have to add that catalog item to a category that is visible in the service catalog or Add that category of the catalog item on that page using + icon on top right

Hi Abhijeet,

On catalog item in form layout there are two fields "No search" and "Visible elsewhere" you can bring them up on the form set no searh to false and visible elsewhere to true try one by one and then try searching.

Hello,

If you're referring to the Service Catalog when you type in left-hand navigation, like as seen within the "Self-Service" section, then you'd have to create this catalog menu item yourself and add it to it. It doesn't automatically show up just because you created a new catalog.

Example: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-user-interface/page/product/service-catalog-managem...

Please research further on your end.
