Next experience search with more details

Hi Team,

 

When we search any text from the RITM we get the results as shown below, however the RITM results doesnt show the short description field in the search results, is it possible to add it? If ys, can you please let me know how?

Follow these steps to include short description in the RITM results,

 

1. Go to sc_req_item.LIST and switch to view 'Text_search'

2. Check if it includes 'short description' field. If not, add 'short description' field from personalize list option

3. Save the changes and try the search. Sometimes results might not reflect due to cache, clear the browser history and cache if issue persist and try it.

Can you try logging in using Incognito mode in browser and share what is not working ?

 

I have followed it in PDI and is working fine.
