No Longer Required Approval Status for Different Groups When One User Belongs to Both Groups

Approvals getting triggered to 2 diff groups at same time, if 1 user part of both groups, if that same user approves, then approvals for other group also moves to No longer Required

 

  1. Click on Request Approval.
  2.  In the approvals,  Suppose it  goes for 2 groups approval and a user who is part of both groups. Approval gets triggered for him for single group only.
  3. The user who is part of both groups, if he approves it, the approvals for that group moves to No Longer Reqd, but why is the same happening for other group record also. It also moves to No Longer Required.
  4.  This should not happen, why is this happening.
  5. Can we know the root cause for it. Where this is written OOB.

for the above case you can use Approval Co-ordinator .
