No results found upon searching catalog item on portal only able to access through following path

Hello Team,

I have 2 catalog item's which are no showing any results up searching on Myit portal but if i follow the path or put the direct, I could be able to see and topics are also assigned checked the available for criteria user's seems part of it could you please suggest the possible way to find the root cause.

Let me know anything needs to be provided.
