We want to give a group of non-ITIL users access to see all of the requested items for a specific Service Catalog Item. I've completed the following:
- Created Role
- Created Group
- Created an ACL
- Create an Application Menu
Not sure what else I need to do to allow the non-itil user to view the Requested Items
- Labels:
-
Service Catalog

So, I resolved the Application Menu issue, however, I cannot get the requested items to display

Hi,
The images of the ACL you provided are for the request table and the requested item. Are you wanting this role to view just the RITM where the item is xyz ? Or do you want them to also see the relating catalog tasks and requested item?

Yes, we'd like the non-itil user to list all of the RITM where item is xyz (along with all of the detail of the request), regardless of who submitted.
In our case, we have a customer service team that submits a service request for a customer. The entire customer service team needs to have 'read' access to all active requests for that specific request item.
I added an ACL for the sc_req_item, but still doesn't seem to work
