Hi,
I have doubts about Non-standard service request checkbox on incidents tickets. Could you please tell me how can I use this checkbox and give me an example of when use this checkbox?

As Maik said it is not OOTB but as name indicate, thsi flag has been used might be to resolve few incident you need to create / auto crate the NON Standard request ( catalog item). Rest try to get some documentation from your team and read about this.
