Normal Change Request is populating on Change type instead of Change Model

Hi,

I am facing an issue while creating new normal change request through Copy Change. It's going on Normal Change type instead of Change Model.

I modified UI Action- Copy Change, it's not working.

Any suggestion?

Hi @Ankita Jain ,

I checked in my PDI it is working fine there, there is may be Business Rules or Client script conflicting.

Hi All,

We need to update 'chg_model' under

Change> Administration> Change Properties> 

<<List of attributes (comma-separated) that will be copied from the originating change>>
