Not able to click on the Additional actions(so called hamburger) on a particular record

When user to trying to click on the Additional actions, it seems like doesn't work, User is not able to click on that option and also on the attachment icon on the context menu

Hi,

Are you able to replicate the issue when you browse to the same record/page?

Is it only happening for that user?

There could be many different factors here, but there could be some sort of client script, etc. that is causing the behavior. I'd recommend working with the user and then trying to replicate it/impersonate them and see.

Otherwise, have them try another browser, etc.

Issue is not reproducible, also it's happening only on a specific category condition.

Hi,

I would check and see if there's a client script that may be adding or removing category choices, etc. and could be causing this issue. As you know, the platform doesn't have that problem normally, so something must be customized/configured in a way that could be causing this. Please check.
