Not able to create a report on User Preference [sys_user_preference] Table

Hello Community,

I am trying to create a report based on the User Preference[sys_user_preference] Table, but I am unable to pull the table into the report. Could anyone please guide me on how to create a report from the User Preference Table?

Please check this UI property:

If the table is part this property then it is not reportable. Add the preference table here.
