Not able to enable email sending in personal instance

I am getting the below error and i was not able  to enable email sending

its showing like "There are no Active SMTP Account defined"

 

 

Can anyone help me

Hi,

Oh...that's right. ServiceNow disabled email sending from personal developer instances.

This was made effective back in August 2022: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/ 

So you're unable to send emails from PDIs.
