not able to publish the workflow

Hi,

I have checked out a workflow and not able to publish it. The only options I can see are 'New Workflow', 'Open Existing', 'Copy' and 'Workflow Canvas Help'.

Please let me know how to publish this workflow.

Looks like you lost the session you had when checked out workflow, you need to click "Open existing" select the version you have checked out and then you can publish the workflow.

Go to workflow version under workflow administration. Open the workflow and go to tab workflow version and delete the entry which has your name (latest)--Publish - false and checked out by you. Worklfow will be back to publish

 Options u can see are 'New Workflow', 'Open Existing', 'Copy' and 'Workflow Canvas Help'.

1.Click on 'Open Existing' option.

2.check u workflow by name also  its 'Publish' should be 'False'.

3.Once you click on that workflow with 'Publish' as 'False', then automatically it will show as 'Checked out by me'

4.Now you will able to do any changes to workflow.
