Not being able to register external user.

For Rome version system we have installed "com.snc.external_user_self_registration" plugin for External User Self-Registration.
Now we have upgraded our system to Tokyo version. Can we need to install "com.sn_external_user_register_v1" plugin for External User Registration?  we're not being able to register external user.

Not really!! you don't need  to install "com.sn_external_user_register_v1 "   Only  "com.snc.external_user_self_registration" should be fine for Tokyo as well.

"com.sn_external_user_register_v1"  plugin supports upgrading existing customers who have already installed External User Registration plugin to SanDiego and later. if you already have "com.snc.external_user_self_registration" plugin for External User Self-Registration then "com.sn_external_user_register_v1" plugin gets installed automatically.

I have "com.snc.external_user_self_registration" plugin for External User Self-Registration, but the "com.sn_external_user_register_v1" plugin not installed automatically in our system. so, can we need to install "com.sn_external_user_register_v1" plugin.

Hi @Community Alums,

When we are trying to install the "com.sn_external_user_register_v1" plugin for External User Self-Registration.
Once we clicked on the "Install" button it displayed one popup having only the 'Cancel' button option instead of Install option.
