I am not able to find any docs or links in community for ServiceNow Integration with Avaya phone. Any links to docs or videos would be really helpful.

Hi Sajith,

Checkout the video on Smart CTI Connectors from NovelVox.

 

Though, the video specifies compatibility with all leading phone systems, including Avaya - the features and integration capabilities remain the same ( mostly) for Avaya AES environment.
