Hi,
I’m facing an issue where a specific user is receiving emails for updates in the Incident and Change modules, but not for the Demand module. I reproduced the issue in UAT, and emails were sent successfully there. Other users are receiving emails from the Demand module without any issues — it’s only this user who is affected.
Please help me with this .

Have you looked at the configuration of the notifications and confirmed the user meets all criteria to receive the notification? Does the user have the notification disabled at all?
