I'm involved in the testing of the Now Mobile app on company Samsung phones. We use Microsoft Intune to download apps that are restricted by company policy. The app has been downloaded for testing but it seems that there are other dependencies that the Now Mobile app uses for example Google Chrome/Edge as a browser. Once downloaded I enter my username and password of the instance and the message:
"No available apps - There are no apps on this device that your organization allows to open this content. Contact your IT administrator for help."
Can anyone advise on what other dependencies this Now Mobile app uses?

Hello,
Yea the same issue reported in following blog
Take a look at this blog where they encounter similar issue for different app: Intune hands-on: Troubleshooting URL links and the “No available apps” error
I guess you need to have enough permission in intune MDM for the NOW app. Double check the policy setting/configuration you done in intune app

JAS

Glad the link helps you. No action required at ServiceNow, the polices need to be altered at intune end in order to gain the access.
Please mark my answer correct & helpful to help others if they encounter similar issue.

JAS
