I am new to ServiceNow learning simulator. I was able to change the banner and the color but now I do not know how to jump to the next task. Can someone provide me with basic guidance on how to use the simulator from start to finish? Is there a guidance document for the simulator?

Hello azimt,

Once you complete a task, click the Validate button.

After you validate your task, you can go to the next one by clicking on the text. On your left side you will see a list with the Simulator Tasks, and as you progress through the simulator you will see a circle changing color after you validate it. I took a screenshot with different scenarios you may encounter.

PD: I'm doing the ITSM Simulator, and I'm very surprised of how many things appears that I am doing it wrong. I opened a case just to make sure but I am following the ServiceNow documentation and doing more research in the community. I think that even the simulators are a little bit buggy too.
