Number searching is not working properly in serviceportal find the record numbers

We have table with numbering as "EX - AFF041710_E01_AT00", it will starts with AFF, when we are searching with the "AFF041710", it showing related records, but when we search with "AFF041710_E01" it is showing no records, but when we search with the "AFF041710_E01_AT00" it is showing related records.

 

is there any configurations available in the portal to make the search configurations like above.

 

We are not using the AI search in that portal.

I imagine that "_" doesn't work well with Zing. If you change "_" to "#", it seems to work fine.

(From the documentation)
Zing searches for product numbers that follow a common pattern. To meet this pattern, your search term should contain frequently occurring digits and only underscores "_", hyphens "-", or periods.
For example, searching for PROD-10-987 will find an exact match for this search term.
