I am trying to generate a report that shows who is on call at the time I run the report. I have tried to run it from several tables, schedule, rotation, etc. I am able to get the people that are currently on call. I am not sure what table I should be pulling from. There is a built in report that I can run which populates the v_rotation table. I need to recreate that report to be emailed daily. We realized a gap during the ServiceNow outage a couple weeks ago. Thank you for any advice.
