On-call schedule - escalation and reminders setup

Hi everyone,

I am creating a major incident process and the group that will handle the accepted MI is the MI management group.

After making the communications plan, I would create the on-call schedule to have the members on-call at the shifts

In this step below we can configure the reminders that are going to be sent to the roster members. however I cannot find how the reminders are sent.

I saw this documentation that talks about this field

and also this one on the rooster configuration but I can't find the field where I can choose if it is by email, SMS, etc.

How can I define or how does this part of the reminders work?

Hi One Way to Navigate is with In On-Call schedule >Go to you created On-Call schedule and then go to Shifts tab, click on the Action below edit schedule, Select Edit Escalation & Contact Preference's, with in Contact preferences you can select the Push, Email, voice or SMS.
