On-Call Scheduling - Two Primaries

I'm having an interesting issue that I've never experienced before.  When scheduling coverage for someone, it always adds another user along with him.  Has anyone seen this before or have any ideas why it could be happening?  Been researching the issue for hours now and can't figure out what is causing it.

Images below, I'm going to show coverage twice for two different people.  The first shows the person in question that gets added anytime I add the other person (When I add Jason to any coverage, Josh gets added with him for some reason).

oncall1.jpg

^ Here is Josh being primary with no coverage.

oncall2.jpg

^ I add Jason as coverage, and it still shows Josh as a primary.

oncall3.jpg

^ Using a different person, Greg, with no coverage.

oncall4.jpg

^ Here I added Jason as coverage, and as you can see...it adds Josh right along with him for some reason.

Any ideas why it would be adding Josh along with Jason whenever I try to put Jason as coverage?  This doesn't happen when applying coverage with anyone else on the team, only Jason.

Did you solve this? I have one of our teams with 2 primaries as well, and I cannot, for the life of me figure it out.

I have noticed that one of the people has the second person as their schedule in their user record. I don't know how that got there or what impact that has.

It ended up being an issue with the schedule in the user profile.  One of the users had the schedule of the other user in their profile for some reason, I just corrected that and it resolved the issue.

See! That's what I have! Okay, cool. So remove the schedule from the user record. Do you know how those get created? He will probably need one of his own.

I believe they are created the first time someone is added to an on-call schedule, I'm not 100% sure though.  In my instance, I just searched for the correct persons name from his profile and found an existing schedule for him.  If that isn't the case for you, I'd assume you can just create a blank one for the person that needs it.
