On creating a major incident, outage records are getting created twice

When creating a major incident, duplicate outage records are being generated. Has anyone encountered this issue before? I’d appreciate any suggestions or solutions you can share.

Hi @pavanakumar ,
I assume / guess that the outage record is generated by a business rule. Have you verified the rule that is generating the outage record?

I tested the same in my PDI, and it’s working fine, which means only one outage is being created. Please try repairing the plugin once and then test again.
