We have an RITM which was created on RTSK table due to some issue. So, now we have changed the table name from backend using background script to RITM table. But that RITM not visible for everyone and showing as 'Record not found'. It is only visible for Admins.
Can anyone help me in this about why other than admins cannot see the RITM.

Hi @Pavan S ,
Check if there is any Query Business Rule or ACL which is blocking others
for ACL debugging you can use Access analyzer
use the RITM which is not visible to the users and Use a User account which can't see that ritm and analyze permissions
if not acls check Query Business rule or could be Domain related issue if domain separation is enabled
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Hi @Pavan S
Are non-admins able to see that in the RITM table (Not from the Global search)?
Use Access Analyzer to check if there are any ACLs that restrict read access.

Siva
