open catalog item request via Microsoft teams chat

Hello, I would like to know the most efficient way to integrate ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams so that a platform user can select a Teams chat, answer a few questions, and—upon doing so—trigger the creation of a ServiceNow catalog item request. Additionally, I want all status updates and comments related to that request to be relayed within that same chat.

It sounds like you need to make otto available through teams chat. Alternative you could also have the portal available within teams.
