HI,
I'm trying to load the Data using Transform map on alm_hardware table, while loading i'm getting the below error.
"Operation against file 'alm_hardware' was aborted by Business Rule 'Create CI on insert^67dddcb01b4201108c5087b1f54bcb3e'. Business Rule Stack:Create CI on insert"
what might be reason ?? can someone help me !!

Is there CI data already and possible don't have the coalesce set?

No, Asset tag and Serial number are not exist in CI table and coalesce for Asset tag is TRUE.

Please review the CI create class in the BR and possible that the CI doesn't exists and triggering the business rule exception error
