Order guide variables are not in sync with cat item variables if again go back to describe needs pag

HI All,

   If I enter some values in describe needs page of an order guide & click choose options. And then if i go back to describe needs page and change something and again clicked choose options, changes are not reflecting in choose options page.

  Can someone help me with this please..
