Outlook email approval link opening in Chrome not a new email

Anyone know the the setting in Outlook or Chrome that needs to be updated when a user is clicking on the approval link in Outlook and it's launching a Chrome browser instead of the approval email?

if you are using outlook and then you need to change default program options.

To fix the issue on OWA 

Open Chrome settings -> Privacy and Security
Site settings - > click on “Service now link "  – clear data

To Fix the issue on Outlook :- 

1. Click on the Windows start button (bottom left of your screen)
2. Click on the ‘Settings’
3. 
4. Click on ‘Apps’
5. 
6. Open ‘Default apps’
7. Under ‘Email’ it might have selected as Chrome change that by click on the icon and select ‘Outlook (desktop)’

I have found in almost all cases it's the default email client.  I created a quick how to document (attached) that you can send to a user.  Or you can remote and fix it for them.
