Hi everyone ,
I have a doubt regarding the ownership of a CI in a ServiceNow instance. What is the difference between a business owner and a technical owner? What are the generic changes made by the owner to a CI? Explain the behaviour of a owner in the sys_audit table.

What do you mean 'explain the behaviour of a owner in the sys_audit table'? All fields that are audited and changed by anyone, will be in the audit table.
And the difference between 'business' and 'technical' is kinda self explanatory, right? If you have an application and it needs changes, the business owner approves the requirements as to why the change needs to be made and the technical owner the way the changes are made.

I'm asking if the owner of a ci has any specific privileges to make changes to any of the fields of that CI? or any specific roles that he only has?
