Password Reset of AD from Servicenow

Hi Experts,

I am trying password reset of Active Directory from ServiceNow, In our organization for logging in into our system we use OKTA and after signing in into the system for signing in into all the servicenow instances we use SSO and OKTA only. we are using Microsoft AD.

Now we are trying to do Password reset or Password Change of an user through servicenow from login screen itself 

can any one help me here

Hi @Abbas_5 ,

I have configured the AD in out instance and tested the credential store connection, it is successful. Now if i try to test the password reset process from the ServiceNow login screen by clicking on the "forgot password?" link 

Provided the username for identification and it led me to the verification screen, and as i selected the email verification it is showing the screen asking me to provide the email code.
But, i am getting the below email.

I thought this is happening since we have the AD integrated.
Can you help me how i can test the reset password option.
